| A Unique Apron Sewn with Care |
An apron is an unlikely graduation gift, I suppose, especially for an eighteen year old who is headed off to college. I usually offer monetary gifts because I know how costly this next phase will be. But, today I made an apron to give to a special young woman who is a baker extraordinaire and an experienced barista. I think she appreciated it, and I am positive she loved the color. However, if this practical article of clothing is put away for a number of years, at some future point she will pull it out and remember the teacher who stitched it together.
