My daily actions seem so small when I hear of the great projects that take place across this country. Tonight's news told of playgrounds being built by volunteers in memory of each of the victims of Sandy Hook. The generosity and spirit of Americans amazes me. And so, I continue to carry out a tiny act of kindness hoping that I brightened one person's day. Today I left a book on a table in a doctor's office with a note encouraging a reader to take the novel, enjoy the story, and pass it on to another. Perhaps it will entertain many as it travels from one to another.
